Random phrase.

I came a across this phrase the other day.

The phrase said, " When you miss someone when you're lonely, that's not affection but when you miss someone  
even when you're busy working, that's affection."

. . . .and if it happens during both situations, what's that suppose to mean? On and off affection? Pffftt~!
